1. What We Collect

Account information: your email address and password (passwords are stored encrypted).
Content you send: the messages you type in conversations and the AI responses, used to display and preserve your chat history.
Payment information: top-ups are processed by Stripe; we never store your card number. We only keep bookkeeping records such as transaction amount and time.
Usage data: message counts, token usage, spending and daily quotas, used for billing and abuse prevention.
Technical data: IP address (used for rate limiting and regional compliance).
Content safety: snippets of content flagged as potentially violating by our safety systems, kept for compliance records.

To provide and maintain the multi-AI chat service, and to save your conversations and settings.

AI model providers: your messages are sent to the provider of the model you choose to chat with (Anthropic, OpenAI, Alibaba Cloud Qwen, DeepSeek, Moonshot Kimi, Zhipu GLM, and others).
Content safety: messages are screened by OpenAI's moderation service.
Web search: when web search is on, your search queries pass through the Tavily search service.
Payments: Stripe (processes top-ups).
Infrastructure: Supabase (database/authentication) and Vercel (hosting).
Each of these third parties has its own privacy policy. We never sell your data to anyone.

Data is stored with Supabase. Row-level access control ensures you can only access your own data.
While we work hard to protect your data, no system can guarantee absolute security.

You can view your profile and stored memories on the "Me" page. Contact us at any time to delete your data or close your account.
The service is not directed at minors.
